The apartment's central location was perfect, being next to the train station and the town center. I had a very lovely stay and would go back in a flash.

We had a such great stay in Luton really close to bus station, town centre, and the mall. Helpful stuff did everything they could. Particularly good and marvellous location just a short stroll away from The Mall Luton, we truly enjoyed it. Also, it was based close to shops.

The apartment had everything we needed and more for our short stay. Plus, the off-street parking was a huge bonus! We also loved how clean and well-maintained the place was, with all the necessary amenities like free Wi-Fi, an electric kettle, cookware. The cots provided were comfortable and perfect for our family. And it was a relief to find out there were no pets allowed, as we have allergies. The no-smoking policy was also appreciated. our experience here was jaw-dropping and way better than any hotel accommodation. We'll definitely be back!

We stayed for 3 nights and really enjoyed our time there. The private bathroom was a nice feature, and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook a meal, including a microwave, electric kettle, and fridge. It was very convenient and easy to access everything during our stay.

the keys were locked in a box and the code provided was incorrect. My family and I were left waiting outside with our luggage, and despite calling for assistance, we received no callback. Luckily, a kind resident helped us, but even he didn't know where our apartment was. the apartment itself was not as advertised with only one bed and a non-convertible sofa. the place was dirty, with old and used towels, and infested with ants.

It was a horrible experience and I would not recommend it to anyone.
